Most of our incoming packaging and shipping materials are used again for outgoing shipping.

Recycle

What we cannot reuse, we carefully recycle, inlcluding boxes, bags, and paper goods.

It is important to us to do our part to reduce waste.  We encourage you to do the same!

To Place an Order Online With Your Credit Card: 

Simply go to the product you want to order and select the size and quantity you want. Then click on the "Order" icon below the product you want to order. You will then be sent to our shopping cart page where you will see the items you have ordered. Then, you can continue to shop or you can finish your transaction. To finish the transaction, click the "View Cart" button, then click on the Checkout button and follow the easy directions. The shipping amount will always be automatically added for you. After entering in all the pertinent information, your order will be processed and you will be sent a receipt. GreenEarthMama.com uses Paypal for payment processing to keep your information secure.  We do not store your credit card information It is securely handled entirely by Paypal.

GreenEarthMama.com does not sell, lease or trade your information to anyone or any outside party. We are strictly opposed to this practice and will always protect our customers from these kinds of practices. Please be assured that we will never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Order Cancellation Policy: 

Order cancellations must be submitted to GreenEarthMama.com in writing prior to Midnight EST the same day as the placement of the order. Orders cancelled after the Midnight EST limit, but before shipment, will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Once the order has shipped, it becomes our customer`s responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

At GreenEarthMama, your satisfaction is very important to us, therefore we provide you with a 30-Day return policy*. If you are not satisfied, simply request a return authorization within 30 days of invoice. Check the policy details below for more information.

All returns must be authorized by GreenEarthMama within 30 days from the original invoice date. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. We will accept no return without prior authorization. Email us to request a Return Authorization Number. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. GreenEarthMama recommends the use one of our approved carriers with proof of delivery for any return shipments. Return Authorization Numbers will only be issued within 30 days of the original invoice date and are good for a period of 15 days from the date of issue, during which period returns must be received at GreenEarthMama.

To receive your Return Authorization Number, you will need to provide the following information.         

• Name  
• Email Address
• Invoice Number
• Invoice Date
• Item Number of product(s) being returned
• Reason for return

If any of this information is missing from your email, NO Return Authorization will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS. You should receive your Return Authorization Number via email within 3-4 business days. Please allow 14-30 days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.

Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected by our returns specialists. Because of the nature of GreenEarthMama products, including, but not limited to diapers, bedding, clothing, and toys, we are unable to accept returns on items that appear to have had prior use due to health precautions. Prior use is determined at the discretion of GreenEarthMama. Items that have been washed or worn,or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund or additional fees may apply.

Opened Products: Opened products may be returned within 30 days of original invoice date with a valid Return Authorization Number and ALL original packaging; however such returns and/or order cancellations will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

*Customer is held to be responsible for return shipping charges of non-defective items. Initial and return shipping charges, even those shipped under our free shipping offer, are not refundable. Items shipped with "free shipping" will have the shipping cost deducted.

Shipping Charges:

Unfortunately, we do have to charge for shipping.  We try not to profit from shipping charges. Most orders will be shipped via US Mail.  Shipping is calculated by of the weight of the items you have ordered not the price of your items.   

*Orders shipped to AK, HI and APO addresses are subject to an additional shipping fee. Please email for an exact shipping estimate.

Shipping Insurance:  Shipping insurance is recommended. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders.  Once the items have been shipped they are the responsibility of  the customer.  This includes filing lost/stolen claims with USPS.  We will not refund or replace items that have been shipped without insurance.  A lost/stolen package claim can be filed by the customer directly with USPS.

We DO NOT ship international orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

When To Expect Your Order:

If all of the items/colors you select are in stock, we will make every effort to ship your order the same or next business day.  If not all of your items are in stock, the order will usually ship within 5 business days.  Please plan on receiving your order 7-10  business days after you place it.  In case of a backoder, we reserve the right to send your order as soon as we receive the items back in stock. 

Local Pick-up:

If you live in the Denver, CO area you are welcome to pick up your purchase rather than have it shipped.  If you would like to personally pick up your purchase, please select "local pickup" when checking out.  Please contact us at treehugger@comcast.net after paying for your items to arrange for a pick up time.  We are located in Parker near Jordan Road and E-470.
